Gold and White Jewish Wedding in Downtown Chicago

Gold and white accented by the prettiest shades of pink and blue lit up The Blackstone Hotel ballroom for Haley and Ryan’s special day. Their Jewish wedding was classic, yet modern, elegant, yet such a fun celebration! There was no lack of interest in the details including the chuppah made by the mother of the bride! Enjoy all the beauty captured by Elizabeth Nord Photography!

From the photographer, Elizabeth: This is a story about two sweet, young teachers who celebrated their Jewish wedding in downtown Chicago. They were married at the The Blackstone Hotel. Their portraits had the classic Chicago skyline behind them as a big storm rolled in. The Blackstone features a very ornate, gold ballroom where they had a chuppah that was made by the mother of the groom. The getting ready details feature a "Harry Potter snitch" that the groom used to propose to the bride. Pink, white, and green floral were used throughout and the ladies wore light gray/blue bridesmaid dresses.
