A Fun Firehouse Wedding

This gorgeous Urban Chicago wedding with Kyle and Katie was the epitome of beauty.

Kyle and Katie first met through a mutual friend, years ago. After the exchanging of numbers and several text messages and days later, the two went on their first date. A triple date, to be exact! The best way to ease the tension. It was on that date that their common interests came out and their love story began. It was alongside a lake with their favorite sushi, and a beer in Katie’s hand that Kyle finally mustered the courage to ask Katie to marry her. The rest was history.

Kyle and Katie had their wedding day inside of one of Chicago’s finest and unique wedding venues, Firehouse Chicago. A restored firehouse now turned wedding venue gives you those rustic/vintage vibes while still giving that urban Chicago charm. Kyle and Katie know how to throw a party so the day was spent with a ton of busting moves on the dance floor, sliding down the epic fireman’s pole (yes that is still functioning), and admiring the beauty of this gorgeous space.
