We had the opportunity to work with The Wedding Masterclass for the Chicago State of the Wedding Industry event in March. CHI thee WED was proud to be the team curator sponsor which means that I sourced the team that put the event together. We put as many CHI thee WED Community Members in the event as possible and it ended up being a fantastic group and fantastic event!
State of the Wedding Indistry is a touring event and a part of the Wedding Masterclass. Owner, Megan Garmers, created the event as a response to traditional networking events not working successfully for every kind of business.

At the State of the Wedding Industry events, there is always a heavy focus on finding panelists that are successful, diverse and well rounded in their knowledge of the wedding industry. At this event, we had seven talented panelists - Liza Roeser, founder of Fifty Flowers, Ray Repolgles, owner of Replogle Studio, Erin Martin, owner of ECBG Cake Studio, Megan Estrada, owner of NSWE Events, Jermaine Horton, owner of Jermaine Horton Studios, Mack Julian, owner and lead photographer at Mack Julian, and Lisa Jaroscak Chin, founder and lead planner of Elegante.

After the panel was dismissed, many of the guests who purchased a further ticket were welcomed into The Mastermind Dinner which had an upgraded design in a different part of the venue. Ovy Catering created an elevated dinner menu and our designers transformed the space into a fine dining experience. It was truly a night to remember and we are so grateful and proud to have been a part of this event!
