What's up, peeps! I Am back with a quick wedding hack on deciding how big to go with your dance floor size. First, let's start with some general sizes that we tend to see, sizes ranging from really small to big, and the guest count that the size accommodates:

Size 10x10= 100 guests or less

Size 20x20= up to 200 guests (Standard)

Size 30x30= 300 to 400 guest

These sizes are not set in stone, and there are many different configurations you could go with, but the main component to determining your dance floor size is your guest count. The second component is to have a good gauge of your guest; if you have a lot of family and friends that enjoy a good dance floor, then you should plan for more space.

For any dance floor that accommodates 300 people or more, I recommend some staging for your band or DJ so they can have a clear view of what is happening on the floor. Also, plan for no obstructions between your entertainment and the front of the dance floor.

I hope these helpful hacks make your planning easier. Please remember to give my team a follow on all platforms, and you can find all of our links here (https://linktr.ee/thedjfirm).
