We all deal with crises onsite at events - it's just a matter of time. Whether it's a medical emergency, a staff issue, weather, bad behavior by guests or fellow vendors, we need to be prepared to respond in a professional and timely manner. Our presenters will provide helpful tips and tricks, ways to plan ahead to mitigate risk, and help us think through various scenarios to broaden our understanding of best vendor practices.
