Their romantic wedding at Byron Colby Barn was filled with friends and family, sweet stories filled with memories, and one cozy atmosphere. From the photographer: We loved hearing the retelling of how Alli and Alex met and fell in love...Alli had a crush on the "boy with the Mohawk" during middle school. But it wasn't until many years later that they connected, and according to family and friends, were inseparable.

Their love story is best told by their friends and family, because over they years, they observed how perfect these two are for one another. In fact, so many friends and family, now dispersed around the country, came home to Chicago to celebrate Alli and Alex's marriage at Byron Colby Barn in Grayslake just before the start of a new year.

From the photographer: The entire day was filled with lovely details, including forest-inspired centerpieces and ceremony backdrop, created by Alli's dad; delightful DIY bouquets in white and greenery made by a friend; and soft knit sweaters worn by Alli's bridesmaids to keep the December chill at bay.

Alli's beautiful vintage-styled look was completed with stunning hair and makeup, and each of the men’s suits were custom made and hand-stitched on the inside pocket with their initials. The entire wedding party gathered at the perfect spot before the ceremony for photos and drinks, at 129 Center Cut in downtown Grayslake.
