Tiny Wedding at the Chicago Cultural Center

Written and Photographed by Curator Lisa of lisa kathan photography:

I love the city of Chicago. It's one of my favorite reasons I get so excited to do weddings at the Chicago Cultural Center, because I get to walk around the heart of the City and capture couples in love.

When I found out Catherine and Ivan were both architects, I was thrilled to work with a couple who I knew would appreciate the intricacies of Chicago’s architecture.

See what unfolds through their first look at the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel, a stroll around the Millennium Park on a sweltering summer morn, their sweet ceremony at the Chicago Cultural Center, and a party with even more friends and family at Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! in Lincoln Park.
