Intimate Winter Wedding at Murray Mansion in Racine, WI

Melissa and Marc are a true love story. Just being around them fills you with hope and joy, and we were so thrilled to capture their wedding day at the gorgeous Murray Mansion in Racine, WI.

The mansion made the perfect wintry backdrop to this chilly day, and we were able to capture all the photos indoors, which is a wonderful bonus to this venue! The intimate ceremony fit perfectly into the mansion’s great room, and the entire main level was flipped into a sweet candlelit dinner reception.

Melissa and Marc brought together their six children combined when they wed in a ceremony filled with their closest family and friends. Melissa, who is also an artist, designed so many little elements of their wedding details, including their hand-painted invitations and ceremony program, as well as a hand-painted scripture over the mantle in the ceremony space. Their small ceremony was officiated by Melissa's dad — who happened to introduce the couple!
