You couldn't have asked for a better day for Maria and Daniel's summer wedding!

When they first reached out to me their were new-ish to Chicago as Daniel had taking a teaching job at University of Chicago. They were looking for a spot for their small wedding and after sending them a few ideas they decided the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool was the perfect spot!

I'm obsessed with Lincoln Park and the Lily Pool in the summer. Everything is so lush and green. There are yellow wild flowers all over the place near South Pond. you can get the best nature has to offer and some skyline all in one spot!

After some photos we headed off to met Rev. Marian for their ceremony. I love how they included their families in the ceremony. Both mothers did readings and they presented them with sunflowers as well. They were full of smiles and excitement all day!

We spent some time enjoying the Lily Pool for photos and then they were off to dinner. The perfect end to the perfect tiny wedding!

This wedding used all of our Elope to Chicago vendors, or the "Dream Team" as I like to call them. So I help them find a location and put them in touch with the people to schedule at Lily Pool, did their timeline, helped pick photo spots, gave directions on parking and we provided photo, officiant, flowers and hair & makeup all from our Elope to Chicago team. This is the kind of magic we can create!
