Rooftops, bridges, and the iconic Chicago Theater all set the stage for Lindsay and Brian’s scenic downtown Chicago engagement session. With their good friend Colette Marie Photography behind the lens, their smiles were bursting with joy with the quietness of the city allowing their love to steal the show. This engagement session was super special to me because it's two of my good friends, Brian and Lindsey! I lived with these two and got to watch their love unfold and progress right in front of my eyes. I listened to their wedding plans, gave them all the advice and tips I could think of, and eventually took their engagement photos. When COVID first started, their engagement photos with their amazing photographer had to get postponed a few times. I let Lindsey and Brian know that if they needed me, I would take them in a heartbeat.

Fast-forward a few weeks later after many different clothes combinations, and few locations choices and we were out in the city. We stopped at a secluded rooftop, then the Theater, and ended on one of the Chicago bridges. Downtown Chicago was quiet and peaceful, we took full advantage of exploring the open streets and getting every last second of sunlight. These photos truly show their love for one another and for this city.

To end this story, these two are deciding to stick with their original plans and tie the knot at the end of September, it's time to celebrate their love!
