Chicago Rooftop Romance Styled Inspiration Shoot

A lavender and deep purple color palette complimented the cool tones of the Chicago skyline, while the vintage hair and pop of a classic red lip completed the couples look. The couple went on a romantic whirlwind tour of the city that brought them to some of their favorite spots to steal away for an intimate moment.
Photographer Stephanie Wood says: “I grew up 2 hours from downtown Chicago and visited the area frequently for weekend trips with my family. We would stay at a hotel near Grant Park and head to Navy Pier or the Taste of Chicago in the summer. The city holds fond memories for me and I love getting to photograph it as a backdrop for couples because to me it just oozes romance. This shoot may be styled, but the story behind the shoot is 100% real.”
