A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to attend Engage! Summits aboard the Evrima, part of the The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection - and it completely shifted how I think about immersive guest experiences.

One of the things I noticed most - and something I always pay attention to as a planner is how the environment shapes the experience.

There’s something about being at sea that changes the way people show up.

Over the course of just a few days, a group of industry leaders - many meeting for the first time - started to feel like neighbors.
