Millions of Americans struggle with food insecurity. Whether in a lapse in their food assistance benefits, unexpected expenses for health problems, or a the loss of employment, this is an urgent issue facing people in our communities. Please consider purchasing some non-perishable items during your next shopping trip and bring them to one of our various locations throughout Chicagoland on Tuesday, December 9th. As families struggle during this season, purchasing toys for children becomes an expense that many parents cannot afford.
Our goal is to gather 1000 pounds of food AND give 100 children a toy this holiday season.
Each donation of food or a toy will make you eligible to enter a raffle supporting Chicago businesses. Raffle partners include Flowers for Dreams, XO Marshmallow, Plum Diamonds, The Event Agency, Lustre Skin Boutique, MJM Occasions and more!

We are grateful for all food and toy donations but please see a list below of the most urgent and pressing needs this holiday season. As a reminder, please no expired food. Also please bring your toy donations unwrapped, valued at $15.00 or more. We appreciate all of your donations and willingness to give this season.
32 ounce (or smaller) bottles of cooking oil
Powdered milk
16-oz jars of peanut butter
Spaghetti sauce (jar)
2-qt Chicken broth (low sodium)
Dry pasta (spaghetti, rotini, etc)
Dry seasonings (pepper, salt, garlic, cinnamon, etc)
Chicken noodle soup (pop tabs preferred)
Raffle
With every donation of a toy or food, you will be eligable to enter into a raffle drawing with amazing offers from some from some of your favorite Chicago based businesses. You must enter by 2pm December 11, 2025 and the drawing will take place in the evening of December 11th. Winner will be notified via email or phone. If the prize remains unclaimed for 24 hours, we will draw another winner.
