The Jungle Branch documents moments in life, big and small, near and far, with a mission to help protect disappearing rainforests around the globe. Drawing inspiration from his love of cinema and street photography, Mike captures stories in an intimate, grittier, film-like manner meant to draw you in and feel as if you are there in that moment.
When you’re a less is more kinda soul, and shot lists feel cringe, Jungle Branch is paired best with folks who want help curating a day of celebration catered to your personal story, allowing you to remain present in the moments. With a stylized, candid approach, his goal is to not only tell your story in its truest form, but to encourage you live your day and actually experience the calamity of joy with your loved ones.
The Jungle branch welcomes all. Mike has a deep understanding that while everyone’s story and celebrations are unique, we are all connected by one shared home - Earth. With a background in environmental journalism, ten years of wedding experience, and twenty years behind a camera, Mike’s goal with the Jungle Branch is simple. Step outside the box and use his craft to bridge worlds by using love stories to help fund grass roots conservation programs in the jungles of Peru and Sumatra.
