If you think you are going to need a little more "help", do your homework and make sure you hire a professional that offers an experience.  We are there to aid in wardrobe selection, education, crafting your style for the session and of course posing, actions and doing whatever it takes to capture the best you.... even if that means awkwardly demonstrating every pose just to get a laugh out of you!
