What happens when two people who are known for being the life of the party decide to get married? They have an epic wedding! And, by epic, I mean Kavan and Katie’s big day was actually three days; I’ve never seen more people hit the dance floor at a wedding; and every last detail was stunning (largely thanks to Urban Allure Events).

Now, I’m so excited to share Mr. and Mrs. Hoff’s outdoor wedding with greenery in Rochester, Indiana on the blog!

Wanting to kick off marriage with the celebration it deserves, Kavan and Katie invited their family, bridal party, and friends to Culver and Rochester, Indiana to start their wedding festivities a little early.

While their big day was on Saturday, September 7, 2019, several of their loved ones arrived the Thursday before. Thursday night, they enjoyed their rehearsal and rehearsal dinner and then went out afterward. (I’m not sure how Kavan and Katie do it, but they’re known for shutting down bars and restaurants. They just never want the fun to end!)

On Friday, Kavan, Katie, and their guests who arrived early lived it up by the pool in the afternoon. And, on Friday night, they celebrated the eve of the big day with cocktails at The Lakehouse Grille in Culver, Indiana.

Then, on Saturday, Kavan and Katie officially became Mr. and Mrs. Hoff!

Kavan & Katie’s celebrated their marriage with an outdoor wedding on Kavan’s family’s property.

While Kavan and Katie now live in Chicago (which is where they met at work), they decided to have their wedding on Kavan’s family’s property in Rochester, Indiana. Between the sailcloth tents, farmhouse tables, gorgeous greenery, pops of white and gold, and a lovely property with the most beautiful sunset, Kavan and Katie’s big day couldn’t have been anymore lovely!

Nicole of Urban Allure Events definitely deserves a shoutout for this! She and her team did an amazing job organizing this three-day event and creating a stunning outdoor wedding space!

While all of of Kavan and Katie’s wedding details were incredible, the details were nothing compared to how much Kavan, Katie, and their guests had on the dance floor!

After finishing their wedding reception traditions (speeches, dances, etc.), Kavan and Katie took the mic and thanked their guests for coming. Then, Kavan essentially gave a game-day speech!

“You know Katie and I always bring all of our energy when we hang out with you guys,” he said. “So, our one ask tonight is that you give us all of your energy on the dance floor!”

And, with those words, Kavan and Katie’s friends flooded the dance floor and danced all night to Verzatile Band (who was amazing)!
