When asked about the inspiration behind their day the couple said “Celebrating the start of our marriage with family and friends in a very traditional Pakistani way, in the heart of one of our favorite cities; Chicago!” This wedding has gorgeous florals, outfit changes, and lots of love-this is one you don’t want to miss!
“Maintaining a Pakistani traditional look was very important to both of us! The bride got her and bridesmaid outfits in Lahore, Pakistan. The makeup artist was someone who was familiar with the color palette for south asian brides, and helped bring everything together. The traditional outfits for the groom and groomsmen were also tailor made in Lahore, Pakistan.”
The couple said: “Sylwia at Yanni Design Studio understood that florals were a very important design element for us and incorporated them into every part of the decor. She was also amazing about incorporating traditional decor elements (we brought from Pakistan) into the decor for the Mehndi ceremony.”
