Taste of River North
Taking place at Ward Park at the corner of Kingsbury and Erie, the Taste of River North is celebrating its 17th year featuring some of the neighborhood’s most dynamic food, music and even some fitness classes led by the East Bank Club. Colombian Fest
Colombian Fest (aka El Gran Festival Colombiano) is a three-day celebration of this South American country’s culture and history that’s held in on the eight-acre grounds of sprawling Kelvyn Park on the city’s northwest side. Exotic Latin-infused music from both international and local acts, artisans, authentic (and tasty) cuisine plus plenty of dancing are all part of the mix at this showcase of Colombia’s rich heritage.

BenFest
This summer festival is held on the grounds of St Benedict Parish and Preparatory School, conveniently located at 2215 W Irving Park Rd. BenFest features food, craft beers, local performances and of course LIVE Music. Art Fest Michigan Avenue
This three day fine art festival takes place on Chicago’s famous Michigan Avenue at the base of the iconic Chicago Tribune building overlooking the Chicago River. Admission to the festival is free and open to the public and features about 120 artists will be featured at this “all art” show

Sheffield Music Festival and Garden Walk
Looking for a little green thumb inspiration? Sheffield Music Festival and Garden Walk is the place to be! In its 50th year, more than 80 of the neighborhoods lush residential gardens will be open for the public, both guided and self-guided tours, to explore these urban green spaces. Don’t forget about the fantastic music lineup on two stages and Craft Beer Fest as well!
