Bringing the Painting to Life with a Proposal

Colin and Brook met in university and moved out of a student house then started dating. They have been together three year.
At home in their office they have a painting in their wall of Trump Tower and view. That painting was also in the house college they lived in together. Colin wanted to give Brook a proposal that she would never forget so he surprised her at the Trump Tower. SPOILER - she said YES!
