The Bridal Beauty Team
About
The Bridal Beauty Team is owned by Kate Johnson who previously owned and ran Kate Johnson Artistry Brides. Right before the pandemic the team had decided to expand into Wisconsin and it seemed like the perfect time to change the name. With 17 team members in 2 different states they had been more of a family and group effort for some time.
During the pandemic they rallied and held online and in person classes at their studio to keep the artists fresh and up to date on trends. With so much movement with in the industry Kate found many fantastic artists in the city asking if they could join the team. At the same time planners and venues were looking for help as well. So they made the family bigger and were able to help so many couples during a trying time.
In 2021 they got a phone call from the producers of Love Is Blind asking if they would do the bridal beauty for Season 2! 5 days of weddings in a row and you can even catch some of the team on camera in episodes 9 and 11.
With a passion for helping to create beautiful memories for their couples the team is thriving and is opening a wedding morning lounge in Chicago and Woodstock IL.
One of the biggest dilemmas for brides we see as artists is choosing the perfect wedding hairstyle. Should you wear your hair up or down? How about a sleek bun or glam waves?
The Bridal Beauty Team is sharing the dos and don’ts of skincare prep to showcase the best you on your wedding day.
